Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, payments are non-refundable once strategy, design, engineering, production, research, or delivery work has begun.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, brand assets, technical details, content approvals, and lawful materials needed to complete the project.

Delays in feedback, access, payment, or content may affect timelines, launch dates, and delivery scope.

AlienX Engineering retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, processes, know-how, frameworks, concepts, templates, and internal methods unless expressly transferred in writing.

Client-specific deliverables may be assigned or licensed according to the applicable written agreement after full payment. We may reference non-confidential work in portfolios or case studies unless the agreement requires confidentiality.

Projects may involve third-party tools such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, AI APIs, payment processors, email providers, cloud storage, CMS platforms, or asset delivery networks.

AlienX Engineering is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, data loss, or limitations caused by third-party services outside our control.

We aim to deliver high-quality strategic and technical work, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, traffic, investor outcomes, automation savings, platform adoption, or campaign performance unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

The website and its content are provided for general business information and may include examples, estimates, or concept case studies that should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlienX Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, project inquiry, or services.
